Finally, people, I am in India. Yin-du, if you like it pronounced in Chinese. Lol.

At Bangalore International Airport, weather was cooling like in Genting Highlands!

Thank you all for your prayers and wishes, I had arrived in India last week. So, today is actually my sixth day here. I didn’t get to go online because the Wifi which is provided by the hostel was not on till few days ago. However, I couldn’t access the internet because I need an access card with the password which I heard we wouldn’t be getting anytime soon. One week is long enough for me to not go online so, I went to subscribe a broadband. Long story short, here I am, back here at LynthiaWong.com!

First meal in Mangalore, I only ate one quarter of it. Lol.

Yin-du is so far so good for me. Seriously, Yin-du is better than I expected. Except for some of the locals, wet weather and muddy place. The word dirty is no longer foreign to me here. But, fear not because my hostel here is all new and clean. Same goes to the shopping malls here too.

Going out shopping with umbrellas, we can’t risk getting drenched all the time.

So far, I am not feeling homesick. But, I definitely miss family and friends back home loads. Classes will officially start next week. This week’s are just orientations on respective subjects. I can’t wait to start learning something new. Something that I know I will be doing for the rest of my life.

My comfy bed!

Welcome to Yin-du, welcome to university life, welcome to dentistry.

The founder of Manipal

Welcome to the new chapter of my life.
